More than one in three women in the U.S. are living with some form of cardiovascular disease. High blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, sedentary lifestyle,  smoking and stress are some of the major risk factors for developing cardiovascular disease. Women can reduce their heart disease risk by up to 82% through meaningful lifestyle changes.

Start by making small changes in an impactful way. Implement the 12 pillars of health which include nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, relaxation, self-care, stress management, connection, purpose, community engagement, intimacy, and mindset. Your body will thank you!
